JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the respondent is amended to David Rowell Limited.[2]The claim of unauthorised deduction from the wages of the claimant is wellfounded and there is a declaration to that effect.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant forthwith the sum of £200.00 in respect of a previously paid bonus which had been the subject of an unauthorised deduction by the respondent from the final wages of the claimant.[4]This is a gross payment and the claimant is to account to the relevant authorities for any income tax and employee national insurance contributions due in respect of such sum on receipt by him.[5]All other claims are dismissed.
