JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent’s application that the claimant’s claim be struck out as an abuse of process is refused and is dismissed.

[2]The claimant's claim was presented to the Tribunal out of time in circumstances when it would have been reasonably practicable for her to have presented it in time. The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the claimant's claim that the respondent made unauthorised deductions from her wages for the period from 1 October 2015 to 31 December 2015.
