JUDGMENT
[1]The claims for breach of contract, wrongful dismissal, holiday pay and unauthorised deductions from wages are dismissed.[2]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent.[3]There shall be no order for remedy. It is not just and equitable to make a basic award because of the claimant’s conduct prior to his dismissal. It is not just and equitable to make any compensatory award because of the same conduct which caused or contributed to the dismissal and because had the respondent adopted a fair procedure the claimant would have been dismissed.
