JUDGMENT
The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal are dismissed, the claimant having been found not to have the status of employee as required to claim unfair dismissal.[2]The claimant’s claims that he was subjected to detriments in response to a qualifying protected disclosure are dismissed, the alleged disclosure being found not to amount to a qualifying protected disclosure and the alleged detriments having been found to have no connection to the alleged disclosure.[3]The claimant’s claim for holiday pay is dismissed, the claimant having been found to have been paid for all holiday accrued. Case Number: 2401635/19 2 of 2[4]The claimant’s claim for notice pay is dismissed because the evidence did not support the claimant’s contention that he was entitled to further notice pay.
