The complaint of Unfair Dismissal is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim(s) remain listed for hearing on 20 September 2021[1]The name of the respondent is amended to G4S Facilities Management (UK) Limited.[2]The remaining complaints of race discrimination and age discrimination and unpaid holiday pay contained in the claim filed by the claimant on 8 February 2021 are struck out pursuant to Rule 37(1)(d) of Schedule I to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 on the basis that they have not been actively pursued by the claimant.
