[1]The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out because the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it. It was presented outside the period specified in section 111(2)(a) Employment Rights Act 1996 when it was reasonably practicable for it to have been presented within that time.[2]The complaint of disability discrimination is struck out because the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it. It was presented outside the period specified in section 123(1)(a) Equality Act 2010 and it is not just and equitable to allow a longer period.
