The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The respondent company has been dissolved and the claimant has not applied to have it restored to the Register of Companies.[2]On 29 June 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to give written reasons why the claim should not be struck out as it had not been actively pursued. Further time was given in an email of 17 August 2022. The claimant has failed to give an acceptable reason why the claim should not be struck out.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.
