REASONS

[1]The respondent company is in administration. By a letter dated 19 July 2023 the claimant was asked to provide the email from the Administrator giving consent to these proceedings continuing. The claimant did not respond.

[2]In those circumstances, the Tribunal is not satisfied that the consent of the Administrator or the permission of the court has been obtained for these proceedings to be instituted or continued as required by the Insolvency Act 1986. 2. On 10 October 2023, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to give written reasons why the claim should not be struck out as it had not been actively pursued. The claimant has failed to give an acceptable reason.

[3]The claim is therefore struck out.
