JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim of discrimination arising out of disability contrary to Section 15 of the Equality Act 2010 was well founded and succeeds.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,015.95 as compensation for loss of earnings from 3 December 2023 to 16 January 2024.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £6,500 in damages for injury to feelings.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £82.41 as interest on the award of compensation for loss of earnings from 3 December 2023 to 16 January 2024.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £978.12 as interest on the award for injury to feelings.[6]The total amount awarded to the claimant and to be paid by the respondent is therefore £8,576.48.
