The complaint of Unfair Dismissal is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 2 March 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of Unfair Dismissal should not be struck out because it the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 2 March 2020. it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaint of Unfair Dismissal is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim(s) remains listed for hearing 23 April 2020. Employment Judge Howard 23rd March 2020[1]The respondent company has been dissolved and the claimant has not applied to have it restored to the Register of Companies.[2]On 4 September 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to give written reasons why the claim should not be struck out as it had not been actively pursued. The claimant has failed to give an acceptable reason. The claim is therefore struck out.
