JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant's claim was presented in time and the Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear it.[2]The claimant's claim has some reasonable prospect of success such that it will not be dismissed or made the subject of a deposit order.[1]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £142.72 in respect of unauthorised deductions from her wages.[2]The respondent shall pay costs to the claimant under Rule 75(1) (b) in the sum of £390 in respect of the issue and hearing fees paid by the claimant.[3]All other claims are dismissed.
