JUDGMENT
[1]By consent, the name of the respondent is amended to Creative Developers Limited.[2]The claimant's claim for notice pay is well-founded and I order the respondent to pay the claimant £950 within 14 days of the date of this Judgment.[3]The claimant's claim for unpaid wages for September 2022 is well-founded and I order the respondent to pay the claimant £728.85 within 14 days of the date of this Judgment.[4]The claimant's entitlement to accrued but untaken holidays on termination of employment pursuant to the Working Time Regulations 1998 is well-founded and succeeds, and I order the respondent to pay the claimant £863.10 within 14 days of the date of this Judgment.[5]I therefore order the respondent to pay the total sum of £2,541.95 to the claimant within 14 days of the date of this Judgment.
