JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £10, 200 (3 months across July, October and December 2024 @ £3,400 net).[2]The claimant was dismissed without contractual notice of 3 months and his claim for wrongful dismissal is well-founded. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant net notice pay in the sum of £10,200 (£3,400 x 12 weeks).[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of .£1,700 (12 days).[4]The total sum payable by the respondent to the claimant within 14 days of the date of this judgement is £22,100.
