Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the amount of the deductions in the sum of £1,151.64 net. 2. .The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £961.52 by way of an award of two weeks’ pay under section 38 of the Employment Act 2002.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant by way of costs order under rule 75(1)(b) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2004 the sum of £160.00 for the issue fee paid by her.[4]The hearing listed on 28 April 2017 is cancelled.
