Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the first claimant, S Canning’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the first claimant the sum of £674.00 (67.4 hours x £10 per hour).[3]The respondent has failed to pay the second claimant, P Rowan’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the second claimant the sum of £545.00 (54.5 hours x £10 per hour).[4]The respondent must pay the claimants within fourteen days of the date of this judgment.
