[1]By a letter dated 27 June 2017, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it had not been actively pursued. The claimant had failed to reply to letters from the Tribunal dated 30 May and 8 June 2017.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why the claim should not be struck out or to request a hearing at which she could make her objections to the strike out proposal. The claim is therefore struck out.
