Allegations numbered 2,3,5,7,9 and 11 from Judge Allen’s case management order of 29 August 2024 are struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £250 in relation to each of the allegations 2,3 5,7 9 and 11 following a preliminary hearing held on 21 November 2024 before Employment Judge Tobin. The Order was sent to the claimant on 20 January 2025. The claimant has failed to pay any deposit. Allegations 2,3 5,7 9 and 11 are therefore struck out under rule 40(4) of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024.[2]The claimant’s other allegations are not affected and will proceed to final hearing listed for 10 days starting on 5 April 2027.
