JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has breached the claimant's contract of employment by failing to pay him notice pay. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1350 (gross).[2]The respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant:(a) holiday accrued but not paid on termination of employment in the sum of £630 (gross); and(b) arrears of pay in the sum of £4704 (gross).[3]The respondent has dismissed the claimant by reason of redundancy and has failed to pay him a redundancy payment. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant a redundancy payment of £2025.[4]The respondent has failed to provide the claimant with employment particulars and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1800.
