JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the claimant the full amount of wages due for the period from 9 August 2021 to 26 November 2021 (inclusive) and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1476.90 being the total gross sum deducted.[2]The respondent has not made an unauthorised deduction from wages of £184.62 for an additional weekend payment. This claim is dismissed.[3]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave on termination of employment and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £800.02 being the gross sum due.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the claimant additional compensation of £1088 pursuant to section 38 Employment Act 2002 for failure to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars.
