[1]By a letter dated 8th November 2024, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because It has not been actively pursued; She failed to attend the Case Management Preliminary Hearing on 30th August 2024 without any warning or excuse, nor did she contact the Tribunal to explain her absence; She had failed to respond to the Tribunal’s order number 1.1 of the case management orders made on 30th August 2024 and sent to the parties on 3rd September 2024, requiring her to explain her non-attendance at the hearing.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
