Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013- Rule 21 The judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages is well founded. The respondent made the following unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages, and is ordered to pay the claimant the following amounts:a. The net sum of £503.27 which was deducted without authorisation on 12 January 2024;b. The gross sum of £67.30 in respect of tips which should have been paid to the claimant by the latest on 12 January 2024; andc. The gross sum of £160.00 which should have been paid on 12 January 2024 for the week worked in lieu at the start of employment.
