Mr M Judd v Mayo Civils: 2401331/2024

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2401331/2024
Mr M JuddClaimantMayo CivilsRespondent
Employment Judge McDonaldDate 27 June 2024

JUDGMENT

The complaints of unfair dismissal and for a redundancy payment are struck out.

REASONS

[1]By letters dated 13 March 2024, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaints should not be struck out because the claimant had insufficient service with the respondent to bring such complaints, so the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear them.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaints are therefore struck out.
