Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The respondent not having presented a response the following judgment is made in favour of the claimant.[1]The complaints of unauthorised deductions from wages and unpaid holiday pay are upheld.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the following sums: Arrears of wages 34.5 hours at £7.50 per hour £258.75 Unpaid holiday pay 30 hours at £7.50 per hour £225.00 £483.75[3]The total sum payable under this judgment of £483.75 shall be paid by the respondent to the claimant on or before 26 April 2017.
