JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant's claims that the respondent harassed her by engaging in unwanted conduct of a sexual nature, the purpose and effect of which was to create an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment, are well-founded and succeed.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £21,960 made up as follows:(1) General damages for injury to feelings £10,000.00(2) Aggravated damages £8,000.00(3) Interest on £18,000 @ 8% per annum for the period of 33 months £3,960.00 Case No. 2401328/2017 2 Total sum due to the claimant £21,960.00
