[1]The claimant was an employee of the respondent company from late 2011 through to 2016, and consequently he can proceed with his claims for constructive unfair dismissal, unlawful deduction of wages and detriment pursuant to making a protected disclosure.[2]The matter is already listed for hearing on 3 July 2017 at Liverpool Employment Tribunal, 3rd Floor, Civil & Family Court Centre, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX for four days commencing each day at 10.00am.
