JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant a redundancy payment in the amount of £4,976.57.[2]The claimant’s claim that the respondent failed to pay her holiday pay, contrary to s13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 by failing to pay her holiday pay due is well founded an succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation in the amount of £603.22 for this claim, calculated as two weeks’ pay.[3]The claimant’s claim that the respondent breached her contract by not giving her notice of dismissal is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation in the amount of £3,317.71 for this claim, calculated as 11 weeks’ pay.
