JUDGMENT

[1]The claim of constructive unfair dismissal and the claim for unlawful deduction of wages fail save for the five unpaid lieu days on 21 April 2014, 5 May 2014, 26 May 2014, 26 December 2014 and 25 December 2015 which the Respondents acknowledge are owed to the Claimant. The Respondent shall pay to the claimant the net sum of £296.50.

[2]That sum was handed to the Claimant by the Respondent’s counsel at the end of the hearing.

[3]The recoupment provisions do not apply.
