JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was an employee of the second respondent from no later than 16 November 2016.[2]The second respondent made unlawful deductions from wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £3400 in respect of unpaid wages.[3]The second respondent failed to pay the claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken holiday pay and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £42.74 in respect of holiday pay.[4]The second respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1916, pursuant to section 38 Employment Act 2002.[5]I declare that the second respondent failed to provide the claimant with itemised payslips as required by s.8 Employment Rights Act 1996 but make no order that the second respondent make any further payment in respect of such failure.
