[1]By a letter dated 10 April 2024 the Tribunal listed the case for a preliminary hearing to give the claimant an opportunity to make representations, as to what claims he proposes to bring in these proceedings and to explain why the claim should not be struck out because:• it has no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The claimant has failed to make any sufficient representations at the preliminary hearing, why this should not be done.
