[1]The claimant complains of unauthorised deductions from her wages.[2]The complaint that she was not paid for all hours worked in October November and December 2024 fails.[3]The complaint that she was not paid for all accrued untaken holidays on the termination of her employment, succeeds. The claimant is due a total of £345.52 gross, calculated as set out below:- Total period of employment 6 months Number of days accrued 14 Number of days taken 0 Average hours worked per day 5.45 Hourly rate of pay £5.28 (Apprentice National Minimum Wage) 14 x 5.45 x 5.28 = 402.86 Less amount paid £57.34 Amount owing therefore £345.52 The respondent is now ORDERED to pay outstanding wages of £345.52 (gross) to the claimant
