[1]No party attended at this hearing, which was meant to be a preliminary hearing to deal with the future good conduct in the proceedings.[2]The ET1 itself had no details of the claims that the claimant wished to pursue.[3]No response had been received from the respondent by the Tribunal.[4]In those circumstances these proceedings could not continue, consequently they are struck out on the basis that they have not been actively pursued.
