JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £1046.00, in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.[2]The complaint in respect of holiday pay is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages by failing to pay the claimant for holidays accrued but not taken on the date the Case Number: 2401213/2024 Page 2 of 4 claimant’s employment ended. The respondent shall pay the claimant the gross sum of £249.12.[3]The respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the claimant without notice. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £196.00, being damages for the breach of contract.[4]The claimant is responsible for paying any tax or National Insurance. 13th September 2024
