[1]The name of the respondent is amended to WDR Homecare Limited trading as Right at Home Cheshire East.[2]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the wages of the claimant in the sum of £650. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £650 forthwith. This is a gross sum and the claimant is to be responsible to account to the appropriate authorities for any income tax and employee national insurance contributions due in respect of such sum on receipt by her.
