JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal was presented out of time and it was reasonably practicable for it to be presented within time. In any event, it was not presented within a reasonable time thereafter. Accordingly, the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the complaint and it is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s complaints of race discrimination were presented out of time and it is not just and equitable to extend time. Accordingly, the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear these complaints and they are dismissed.[3]For the avoidance of doubt, all complaints in this case are dismissed.
