[1]The correct name of the respondent is Tyrecraft Liverpool Limited.[2]The claim of unauthorised deduction from wages under s13 Employment Rights Act 1996 was presented in time.[3]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from wages of the claimant by failing to pay to him his full entitlement to a payment in lieu of notice.[4]The claim of unauthorised deduction from wages under s13 Employment Rights Act 1996 is successful.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant wages in the sum of £7,042.00 gross.[6]The claim for breach of contract is hereby dismissed.
