JUDGMENT
[1]the claimant’s complaints of unfair dismissal for asserting a statutory right, automatic unfair dismissal for whistle-blowing, detriment for whistle-blowing, unauthorised deductions from wages, breach of contract and holiday pay all succeed.[2]The respondent’s contract claim under case number 2407503/2021 is dismissed.[3]the respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to repay to the claimant the net sum of £69.76.[4]The respondent dismissed the claimant in breach of contract and is ordered to pay to the claimant damages in the net sum of £251.58.[5]By consent, the respondent shall pay to the claimant the agreed gross sum of £754.77 for unpaid holiday entitlement. Case No: 2401099/2021 & 2407503/2021[6]The claimant is awarded the sum of £10,000.00 for injury to feelings in respect of her claim of detriment for whistle-blowing.[7]Determination of remedy in respect of the claimant’s unfair dismissal complaints is adjourned and will continue on 17 July 2024.
