Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The respondent not having presented a response to the claims, and on the information before the Judge, The judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages, contrary to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2898.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the gross sum of £550.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement, contrary to regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £412.50.
