Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2,617.50.[2]The respondent has breached the claimant’s contract by failing to pay expenses and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £471.00.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £570.00.[4]The Tribunal cannot made any determination in respect of the claimant’s claims that the respondent has not properly paid over monies deducted from the claimant’s wages in national insurance and/or pension contributions, this part of the claim is dismissed.[6]The hearing listed on 6 October 2020 is cancelled.
