JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s complaints of ‘whistleblowing’ detriment (s.47B Employment Rights Act 1996) and victimisation (s.27 Equality Act 2010) are dismissed upon withdrawal against the first and third respondents only. They shall proceed against the second respondent.[2]Subject to what I say in my case management order that is also been promulgated today the claimant’s complaints of direct discrimination and harassment shall also proceed to trial against all three respondents.
