JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the net sum of £445.08 gross less lawful deductions of tax and national insurance.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and is adjourned to a remedy hearing. The claimant will be advised of the date in due course.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and the claimant’s claim is listed for a remedy hearing.
