The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 17 May 2022 the Tribunal informed the claimant that the respondent company was dissolved on 26 April 2022 and that the claim would be struck out unless the claimant notified the Tribunal that she was applying to the Companies Court, to have the respondent company restored. The claimant did not respond.[2]The Tribunal wrote again to the claimant by letter dated 6 December 2022 notifying her of an intention to strike out the claim. It provided her with an opportunity to respond by 13 December 2022. The claimant did not respond.[3]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why the claim should not be struck out or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
