JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the net sum of £205.25 net.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages for unlawful dismissal in the sum of £205.25 net.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement totalling 5.6 days and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £319.28 net.[4]The claimant was employed for a period of nine months and was not issued with a statement of terms and conditions of employment in accordance with section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 as amended, and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant 4-weeks gross salary in the sum of 836.16 (4 weeks @ 209.04).
