JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was disabled at the relevant time by reason of the condition known as ulnar nerve entrapment/cubital tunnel syndrome in accordance with section 6 of the Equality Act 2010.[2]The claimant was not disabled at the material time by reason of the other conditions which he referred to at the preliminary hearing before Employment Judge Buzzard on 21 August 2020 following his decision not to apply to amend his claim to include these conditions as alleged disabilities under section 6 of the Equality Act 2010.
