JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for a redundancy payment is dismissed following withdrawal by the claimant.[2]The respondent did not make any unlawful deduction from the claimant’s bonus because the bonus was not properly payable.[3]The respondent did not make any unlawful deduction from the claimant’s accrued holiday pay because the amount of holiday pay that was properly payable on termination of employment was equal to the amount that was actually paid to him.[4]The employer’s contract claim is dismissed following withdrawal by the respondent.
