The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 17 August 2021, the Tribunal gave the claimant until 31 August 2021 to comply with case management orders originally made on 13 May 2021. The letter warned the claimant that, if she did not comply, her claim might be struck out without further warning. The grounds for the proposed strike-out were that the claim had not been actively pursued and that the claimant had failed to comply with case management orders.[2]The claimant has not replied to the tribunal’s letter and has not complied with the case management orders. The claim is therefore struck out.
