JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim of constructive unfair dismissal is dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant. The claimant’s remaining claims shall proceed to a preliminary hearing on 12 August 2020. Employment Judge Batten 3 April 2020 ORDER SENT TO THE PARTIES ON 15 April 2020 FOR THE TRIBUNAL OFFICE[2]Case No:2400890/2020 EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant: Mr C Amos Respondent: Royal Mail Group LimitedREASONS
[1]By a letter dated 3 July 2020, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the case management orders of the Tribunal issued on 15 April 2020 and because it appeared to the Tribunal that the claim had not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
