JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s application dated 8 August 2024 for reconsideration of the judgment sent to the parties on 5 August 2024 is granted as the claimant has established that he was continuously employed for more than two years by the respondent.[2]That judgment is varied so that paragraph 22 of it is revoked.[3]Instead the judgment is that the unfair dismissal claim is well-founded. The claimant was unfair dismissed. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant a basic award of £4,375.00. No compensatory award is made. The recoupment regulations do not apply.[4]No award is made for failure to provide a written statement of the main terms of employment as this was not raised in the claim form.
