JUDGMENT
[1]The following complaints are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant:(a) any complaint of harassment contrary to section 26 Equality Act 2010 arising out of paragraph 30 of the Grounds of Claim attached to the claim form, and(b) the complaints of direct disability discrimination contrary to section 13 Equality Act 2010 in paragraphs 39.b and 39.c of that document.[2]The claimant’s remaining complaints will proceed to hearing as previously notified.
