JUDGMENT
Further to the judgment of the tribunal sent to the parties on 27th July 2016 (and with Reasons on 31st August 2016) the judgment of the Tribunal is that the parties have settled the claimant’s application for an award on terms not disclosed to the Tribunal but set out in a memorandum of their own making. The Tribunal therefore orders that the remedy proceedings are stayed and shall be dismissed, on deemed withdrawal of his application for any award by the claimant, on 28th March 2017, unless either of the parties applies for the matter to be restored before that date. The tribunal did not hear evidence in respect of remedy and has not made an award such that the recoupment provisions do not apply. 28.02.17 T.V. Ryan
