Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's September 2023 wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £159.00[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of 1 months’ notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the gross sum of £2,376.00[3]The claimant will be responsible for paying any tax liabilities arising out of the gross awards if they receive the gross figure and tax is not deducted from source.[4]Consequently, the respondent must pay the claimant the total gross sum (of paragraphs 1 & 2, above), of £2,535.00.[5]The hearing listed on 23 October 2024 is cancelled. 21 June 2024
